- Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, each author’s name is allowed to be on maximum 3 papers. If you have more than two submissions that are accepted, you must register accompanying co-author(s) to present the additional submissions.
- If your submission is multi-authored and additional authors would like to attend the symposium, each additional participant has to register and pay the registration fee separately.
- Only registered authors' manuscripts will be include in the proceedings. The certificates of attendance and presentation will be only issued for registered participants who paid the symposium fee
- No changes in the paper title, abstract, authorship, and actual paper can occur AFTER the submission deadline.
- Accommodation fee is not included in the congress registration fee. Accommodation will be made by the participants directly. Please check Accommodation Page for additional information about hotels nearby the symposium center.
- Cancellation Policy: If we receive your written cancellation request before October 15, 2018, the registration fees will be refunded. There will be no refunds after October 15, 2018.
